We’re expanding our go-to-market organization and looking for a passionate, data-driven SDR Manager to lead our growing Sales Development team. This is a high-impact role responsible for pipeline generation, outbound strategy, team coaching, and scaling a world-class SDR engine. As the SDR Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives responsible for outbound and inbound pipeline creation. You will design strategies that accelerate lead conversion, improve SDR productivity, and support Vultr’s ambitious growth targets. This role requires someone who thrives in a high-velocity, technical sales environment and who understands how to connect with developers, IT leaders, and cloud decision-makers.
