JOB SUMMARY: Day to day maintenance of Spider Care Packages program, which entails receiving, organizing, tracking orders, creating packages, and package distribution. Daily tasks also include organization and checking of invoices, and assistance filing certificates of insurance and other purchasing department administrative duties. SPECIFIC DUTIES: • Prepare all care packages offered through Spider Care Packages. Includes mindful preparation of each order, creating order sheets for the UR Bakeshop, contacting students for package pick-up, and keeping pars of inventory. • Retrieving purchase information and organization into Excel spreadsheets. Maintenance of the spreadsheet as packages are distributed and picked-up. • Conducting monthly inventory of care package supplies. • Preparing invoices for processing, including organization and checking of invoice numbers. • Filling of purchase orders and Certificates of Insurance for vendors • Other duties as needed
