About the position

As a Search Marketing Executive at Travel Money Group, you will be at the forefront of shaping our digital landscape. Your role is pivotal in driving our digital strategy and bringing it to life across all online platforms. You'll tap into your expertise in cross-channel digital execution, covering paid media, organic SEO, compelling website content, and insightful analytics reporting. You will not only plan, develop, and execute a dynamic array of digital marketing initiatives, but also serve as the vital link connecting our Brand, Creative, and Digital teams. This collaborative synergy ensures the continuous optimisation and enhancement of our customers' digital journey, elevating their experience and maximizing engagement at every touchpoint. Responsibilities

  • Support the brand marketing plan to drive acquisition, retention, and growth
  • Execute ROI focused, omnichannel digital marketing activities across website and paid media within agreed timelines
  • Leading the execution of SEO, SEM, and CRO programs
  • Working within the CMS to produce and publish content, campaigns, and website updates
  • Continually improve the functionality, usability, and design of the corporate brand websites
  • Work with the Marketing Team Leader to compile monthly reports and insights across all marketing activity, including website and paid media
  • Working with the finance team to ensure accurate pre and post campaign reporting of data

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications with experience in managing websites, content, SEO, SEM, and digital marketing campaigns
  • 2 years in digital marketing or similar role
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager is required
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite
  • Experience with managing CMS (Sitecore is preferred)
  • Experience with SEM Rush (or similar)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a role where search marketing was the primary responsibility
  • Familiarity with SEM and paid search techniques
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, tag manager, and web content management
