Do you love being outdoors, enjoy gardening, or want to learn more about plants? Come grow with our team at the garden center! We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals who learn quickly, bring a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. Prior plant knowledge is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train enthusiastic newcomers. We offer flexible part-time scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, and a variety of shift lengths. Perks include a generous employee discount and an upbeat, supportive team you’ll enjoy working with. Most roles require weekend availability and the ability to lift between 30–70 pounds. This is a seasonal position running from June through October, with the possibility of transitioning into a year-round role based on performance, availability, and business needs. Our busiest—and most exciting—season is April through June, when teamwork and high energy are essential. Please note that time-off requests cannot be accommodated during this peak period. If you’re ready to work hard, learn new skills, and be part of a thriving garden center team, we’d love to hear from you! Some of the departments you will be working in: · Customer Service Team Looking for friendly, people-oriented individuals with experience in cash registers/POS systems and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Knowledge of gardening is a bonus but not required. This is the perfect role for those who enjoy connecting with the public in a fast-paced, supportive environment. · Green Goods Team Do you have a passion for plants? Join our team to work hands-on with a variety of greenery, including annuals, vegetables, perennials, trees, and shrubs. Full and part-time roles are available, blending plant care with sales. Depending on your expertise, you’ll thrive in one or more plant sales areas while collaborating with a dedicated team. · Operations Team Support the backbone of the garden center by working with wholesale customers, coordinating with the delivery and green goods team, and ensuring smooth operations across all departments. Heavy equipment experience is a plus, and top-notch customer service skills are essential. · Inventory Team Bring your attention to detail and organizational skills to our Inventory Team. You’ll assist with unloading, receiving, organizing, and restocking products while collaborating with the service teams to ensure every item is perfectly placed for customer convenience.
