About The Position

The Role: What You’ll Do Prepare and serve RYZE coffee, matcha, and chai lattes following company recipes and presentation standards. Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process transactions using the POS system. Educate guests about RYZE’s products, ingredients, and brand story, encouraging sales of lattes, coffee bags, and subscriptions. Operate latte machines and café equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including workstations, equipment, and customer spaces. Restock ingredients, supplies, and merchandise throughout the shift. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Follow RYZE’s hospitality standards to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Other related duties may be assigned.)
