Requirements

  • Knowledge of Administrative Assistance and Support
  • High School diploma or GED

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Perform timely and accurate data entry into various systems, data bases, spreadsheets.
  • Troubleshoot discrepancies. Perform follow up.
  • Provide information as requested.
  • Provide training to a backup.
  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
  • Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.
