Requirements

Knowledge of Administrative Assistance and Support
High School diploma or GED

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

Perform timely and accurate data entry into various systems, data bases, spreadsheets.
Troubleshoot discrepancies. Perform follow up.
Provide information as requested.
Provide training to a backup.
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
Perform other responsibilities as needed or assigned.
