Requirements

• A willingness to learn is key
• Must have a driver’s license
• Must be 18 years of age or older due to the use of heavy equipment
• Must be able to arrive as early as 5:00 AM, work weekends, and holidays as needed during the golf season
• Must have a reliable means of transportation
• Must be able to stand and work outside up to 8 to 12 hours per day
• Must have the endurance to walk and push machines
• Must have the ability to lift, bend, and reach
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

• Some golf course maintenance experience a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Mowing of greens, tees, fairways and roughs
• Golf Course setup
• Construction projects. This includes drainage work.
• Hand watering
• Bunker maintenance
• Tree care
• Aerification of all playing surfaces
• Divot filling
• String trim
• Trash removal
• Any other duties that may include upkeep of a private championship golf course
