About The Position

Join the team at J.W. Jung Seed Company , an industry leader in mail-order and retail gardening. With six garden centers across Wisconsin, Jung Seed Company ships thousands of quality seeds, plants, and gardening accessories to all 50 states.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Order Fulfillment Associate to support our shipping department and help us continue to deliver the excellence our customers expect.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 3:30PM

Requirements

• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy
• Good communication skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with team members
• Physical ability to lift items 5-25 pounds occasionally throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or order picking is preferred

Responsibilities

• Efficiently, pick, package, and prepare orders for shipment according to established guidelines
• Assist with shipping and receiving process
• Accurately check, log, and store incoming and outgoing items
• Replenish order picking areas as needed
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment to promote efficiency and workplace safety
