About The Position

The Seasonal Production Coordinator at NFL Films is responsible for coordinating shoots for an assortment of projects requiring on location filming, as well as occasional production support for the NFL Films Crews at League Events & Games. This is a 7-month seasonal position. Candidates are required to work 5 days week from our offices in Mt. Laurel, NJ.

Requirements

  • Candidate should have 1-3 years’ experience coordinating for Film Production or Event Operations
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills and high level attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Position involves coordinating productions on location – candidate should be comfortable being on their feet for long periods of time

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of tv/film production, including basic camera, audio & lighting equipment, as well as crew roles and responsibilities on set
  • Working knowledge of the NFL and NFL Films programming past & present.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics of on location productions, specifically, crew travel, equipment movements & vendor communication
  • Make crew calls for freelance camera, audio & support crew for on location filming & ensure onboarding process is complete prior to filming
  • Coordinate crew travel, including booking flights, hotels & rental vehicles
  • Research & book local equipment rentals not provided by the NFL Films Camera & Audio departments
  • Research & book locations, including permitting & handle administrative tasks associated with those responsibilities including securing vendor paperwork, releases & processing payment
  • Handle all shoot communication including updating the online shoot schedule, sending shoot emails & creating call sheets
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure budget considerations & crew assignments are communicated quickly & efficiently
  • Administrative tasks may include answering phones, requesting certificates of insurance, reviewing invoices & updating department tracking documents to ensure consistency & accuracy
