The seasonal server assistant must be available to work from April through the end of September or mid October. As a Server Assistant you will assist guests and team members with menu items and assist servers in all aspects of the dining experience including, but not limited to, running food, table maintenance and beverage service. You will clear and reset tables in a timely manner and ensure that all tables are presentable, with clean china, glassware, silverware, and linen. You will adhere to safety guidelines and follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
