This commitment begins the instant a prospective colleague connects with us and extends throughout their entire journey with the hotel. Candidates for this position must be available to work from April through the end of September or October. As a server, you will assist guests in an informative and helpful way and have full knowledge of beverage lists, menu items and preparation methods. A server will follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Requirements
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- 1 year food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience at a luxury hotel or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks.
