Requirements

• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication (oral, written, computer), and decision-making skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Lead, Supervisor or equivalent experience outside USH

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations during night special events and performing supervisory on duty responsibilities.
• Demonstrate and exemplify the Universal Way Service Standards, which includes consistently carrying a positive attitude
• Inspire and motivate Team Members to work independently and as part of a team to meet company and team goals
• Responsible to ensure that Team Members follow USH and department policies and procedures
• Assist with providing coaching and meaningful feedback to ensure Team Members are meeting area and sales expectations
• Assist with creating and/or writing Standard Operating Procedures
• Assist with other tasks assigned
