About The Position

This seasonal role plays a critical part in supporting a high-volume technical hiring initiative over a 3–4 month peak period. The Seasonal Technical Recruiting Coordinator manages end-to-end interview logistics, ensures candidate engagement, and supports the engineering talent pipeline. You will coordinate complex interview loops across multiple time zones, maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system, and partner closely with hiring managers and interview panels. This position also contributes to strategic sourcing efforts, helping identify and screen qualified technical candidates while supporting diversity and inclusion objectives. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations within a fast-paced technology or technical environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and foundational knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, as well as sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Endorsed, or equivalents.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of navigating complex scheduling and stakeholder interactions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with senior engineering leadership.
  • Commitment to providing a positive candidate experience and supporting operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end scheduling and coordination of multi-stage interviews for technical and engineering roles across various time zones.
  • Administer candidate assessments through third-party platforms and track progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing a high-touch and professional experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with hiring managers and interview panels to optimize scheduling, ensure timely feedback, and resolve conflicts.
  • Maintain meticulous candidate records and interview data within the applicant tracking system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support pipeline development through sourcing efforts, initial screenings, and role alignment to both technical requirements and cultural fit.
  • Execute sourcing strategies that prioritize diversity and inclusion, contributing to a balanced and equitable workforce.
