Must have a can-do attitude, great customer service, enjoy face to face interactions with members and guests, and likes to smile. Primary Purpose: Provides optimal customer service to Member and Guests. Attempts to anticipate and fulfill customer needs in a variety of responsibilities as assigned. Valet attendants are responsible for greeting members and guests promptly upon arrival at the Club. Valets primary responsibilities include greeting members and guests, parking vehicles, retrieving vehicles, along with answering questions.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must have a valid AZ driver's license and a history of safe driving. 3 Year clean MVR.
Must be 19 years of age for Insurability purposes.
Must be able to operate and drive safely automatic and manual automobiles.
Present a positive, professional image.
Must be self-motivated and customer service oriented.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience using communications and technology equipment,
Reliable and predictable attendance.
Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions; skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.

Responsibilities

Treats all members, guests, and employees with respect. Maintains friendly appearance; greets Members and Guests by name with a smile.
Ensures clothing is clean, pressed, and in good condition and overall attire and appearance meets dress code guidelines.
Maintains cleanliness of work area.
Park automobiles for members and guests. Help members and guests in and out of automobiles.
Parks vehicles (pull keys) in designated valet parking areas and retrieves vehicles on request.
Assist members and guests with personal belongings.
Provide directions to various places throughout the clubhouse
Respond to member/guest inquiries related to Club policies and procedures.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment, with continual emphasis on promoting employee health and safety. Assists in training colleagues in proper safety techniques.
Proactively communicate with other departments (Security, F&B, Golf) in regards to Member and Guests arrival and departure using radio, headset.
Perform other duties as assigned.
