This is a great opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy detail-oriented work. Training is provided.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written work instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Adherence to OSHA regulations, mandatory safety training, use of PPE, knowledge of emergency procedures, ability to perform physical tasks, relevant safety certifications, and compliance with drug and alcohol testing policies.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read blueprints is a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to perform secondary processes such as trimming, welding, grinding, heat shrinking, washing, and pad printing
• Inspect parts during production and monitor equipment for issues
• Remove completed parts, complete basic documentation, and maintain quality standards
• Work closely with team members and communicate quality or equipment concerns
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while following Medicoil policies and ISO 13485 requirements
