Under general supervision, performs clerical, data entry and statistical record keeping by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Type letters and other correspondence including legal documents. • Process and work with detailed procedures involving reports, statistics, databases and takes notes and/or minutes. • Ensure proper documents including police reports and databases are maintained and processed in the system and/or to other agencies. • Prepare databases and statistics of social files as requested by management staff. • Become familiar with State Statues and Court policies concerning delinquent youths. • Perform other duties as assigned.
