About The Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Security Access Control
Coordinator to support our corporate security operations. This role is
responsible for managing access inquiries, maintaining accurate credentialing
processes, and supporting large‑scale security initiatives in a fast‑paced,
global environment.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication, written communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Experience using Slack for internal communication.
• 2+ years of security supervisory experience, ideally within a corporate environment.
• Experience with scheduling, coordinating, or administrative oversight of security functions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high‑volume environment and adjust quickly to shifting priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of an organization and maintain a team‑oriented work style.

Nice To Haves

• Access control system experience, especially Lenel.
• CCTV system familiarity, ideally ExacqVision.
• Experience supporting global or large‑scale operational projects.

Responsibilities

• Respond to access‑related emails, ticket requests, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, meeting global KPI expectations.
• Support access control operations using systems such as Lenel.
• Utilize and monitor CCTV platforms (ExacqVision experience is a plus).
• Assist with large-scale badge management projects, including global badge reprints, shipping, tracking, and employee correspondence.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to access and credentialing.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders across the global Securitas portfolio.
• Coordinate scheduling tasks and support day‑to-day security administrative operations.
• Manage multiple high‑priority tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
