Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for dispatching emergency and non-emergency calls for Tribal Security and Tribal EMS. Primary Tasks: Using a computer aided dispatch system, receives and logs calls for service, determine priorities, and dispatches necessary Security or on-site EMS units in accordance with established procedures. Mains contact with all units on duty; maintains status and location of Security and EMS Units. Assists the Supervisor in training, direction, coordination, and evaluation of the activities of trainees. Answers non-emergency calls for assistance Perform other duties as may be assigned.
