About The Position

QUALIFICATIONS: Security Field Supervisor must meet at least one experience/education level scenarios listed below: · Two Years of Armed Supervisory Experience · Three years of armed security experience within past five years and/or · Three years of US military (Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard) experience and/or Successful completion of a state/federal certified Law Enforcement Education and Training or Police Officer’s Standard Training Academy SKILLS AND TRAINING: · Must have a current State of Maryland Security Guard Certification · Must have a current State of Maryland Permit to Carry a Handgun · Must have a current State of Maryland Drivers License · Preferred certification for First Aid/CPR/AED from American Red Cross or American Heart Association · Preferred Baton and OC Spray training certifications SECURITY SHIFT SUPERVISOR ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: · Be at least 21 years of age · Must be available for rotating shifts · Must be US Citizen (Native born or Naturalized) · Be able to pass a drug screen · Must have a clean record for a background investigation · Speak and be literate in English to the extent of writing, reading and understanding printed regulations, orders, instructions, etc. · Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Patrol Compliance Software Compensation Commensurate with Experience, this is a salaried position. Requirements

Two Years of Armed Supervisory Experience
Three years of armed security experience within past five years
