As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and badge activity. You will be a helpful presence for employees and visitors, communicating clearly and responding to concerns with care. Requirements

• Have at least 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to on-site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and access requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate contacts per post orders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed foot and/or vehicle patrols of offices, labs, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entry points, check identification and/or badges as directed, and report unauthorized persons, suspicious activity, and hazards according to site procedures.
• Complete detailed shift activity reports, incident documentation, and basic logs using required technology systems and communication tools.
