Security/Flex Officer (Operations)
About The Position
POSITION SUMMARY for Security/Utility Officer: Support staffing requirements at accounts during shortages due to vacations, call-offs, no shows, suspensions, holidays, etc. Assist in start-ups at new accounts to include: working the site, training new officers Work special security assignments as required. Expect to work on weekends and holidays with limited notice, and work during “high need” periods. Ideal candidates meeting the basic requirements for this position must: Be at least 18 years of age; Be able to work flexible schedules; Have a high school diploma, GED, or 10 years of verifiable work experience; Be able to pass an extensive background check including criminal history, employment verification and references, registered sex-offender search, and drivers license validation; Be drug free and able to pass a drug screen (unless undergoing documented medical treatment); Have access to reliable transportation to and from the work location; Be able to communicate effectively both written and orally for the purpose of report writing and interacting with the public and emergency personnel; Be authorized to work in the U.S.; Be able to meet state licensing requirements for Security Officers, if required. Starting pay rate is $15.50 an hour with a $300 hiring bonus after 90 days full time.
