Adamas Building Services is looking for an exceptional Security Officer with experience working in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey, New York and Florida. We have currently have an opening in our Monroe, NJ location. Schedule: Open The ideal candidate would be responsible for: Patrolling the property, monitoring surveillance, and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points. Observing any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards and reporting to management Responding to emergency situations and/or alarms and contact appropriate emergency services as needed Becoming familiar with incoming and outgoing traffic - know the residents, visitors, and guests and monitor for the presence of unauthorized persons. Performing required patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle Knowing the facility / building policies and procedures; enforce them within the limits of the position Investigating and preparing reports on accidents, suspicious activities and incidents as well as following established emergency procedures Maintaining a professional demeanor when assisting residents, visitors, and guests Monitoring alarms and systems

Requirements

MUST HAVE A VALID SORA license
Must be professional, reliable, and have excellent customer service skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, punctual and able to work flexible working hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must pass comprehensive background checks
Must have a reliable form of transportation

Responsibilities
