As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle-area patrols, maintain a strong visible presence, and respond to security-related concerns with calm professionalism. Requirements

• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Possess an Armed Guard Card and/or License.
• Possess a Corrections Officer License.
• Possess a Law Enforcement Officer License.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or customers by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Carry and maintain required issued equipment for an armed post, following licensing requirements and use of force guidelines while performing assigned duties.
• Respond to alarms, suspicious activity, and/or critical incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site leadership and/or emergency services as required.
• Conduct regular and random armed foot and/or vehicle patrols of the financial institution interior, exterior, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and shift documentation, and communicate observations and/or concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
