Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will carry an armed guard card/license and use clear communication and strong customer service to support employees and visitors. Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma and/or GED.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution location by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Carry and maintain issued firearm and related equipment in accordance with licensing requirements, post orders, and use of force guidelines; help to deter threats through a professional presence and strong de-escalation skills.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, ATM areas, parking areas, and perimeter; observe for suspicious activity, unsecured doors, and potential hazards, and report findings per site procedures.
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and other incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with law enforcement and/or emergency services as needed and following direction from site leadership.
- Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation, and communicate security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and site contacts in a timely manner.
