As an unarmed, driving Patrol Officer at a high-energy retail and entertainment location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support guests and team members with clear communication and customer-focused service. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, suspicious activity, and/or property concerns, and communicate updates to site leadership.
• Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with crowd flow during peak periods and special events, and help to deter policy violations through high-visibility presence.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and customer assistance in written reports and/or electronic systems, and relay key information during shift handoff.
