About The Position
SECURITY SUPERVISOR Responsibilities: Responsible for managing a secure entrance and perimeter for the facility Know all of the duties of your immediate staff and the ability to perform them Ensure completion and accuracy of reports done by staff Complete daily and weekly reports as needed Supervise, train, and evaluate performance of staff; implement disciplinary procedures when necessary Resolve employee’s conflicts and issues promptly and objectively Direct communication with company and outside services Maintain logs for inbound and outbound trucks Attend meetings as scheduled Lift up to 50 lbs Other duties as assigned The Company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors. Requirements
- Previous security experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual preferred
- Computer skills and knowledge
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced work environment
- Ability to work in the weather conditions
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able to work 12 hour shifts
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
