About The Position

The Security and Facilities Manager is a multi-functional role responsible for ensuring site security and maintaining facility operations. This position will manage third-party service providers, and support continuous improvement in workplace security, and maintenance programs.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Assumes personal responsibility for actions
  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • Three (3) years to Five (5) years or more in experience in security operations (distribution or manufacturing environment preferred)
  • Microsoft Office and PowerBI Intermediate

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management
  • Security software (Lenel/Milestone) Intermediate

Responsibilities

  • Manage contracted 3PL security providers and ensure effective access control, surveillance, and alarm monitoring
  • Oversee incident response, investigations, and timely reporting to appropriate business units.
  • Coordinate with leadership on security upgrades, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to on-site security personnel as needed.
  • Update SOP’s as required and review weekly cost.
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all security-related matters.
  • Perform other duties as required.
