Requirements
- A Guard Card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
- Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering or exiting the location.
- Document and report all security-related incidents, observations and/or unusual circumstances according to company and client protocols.
- Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns and maintain a secure environment at the location.
- Assist with emergency evacuations and other site-specific emergency response procedures when required.
