You will conduct routine patrols, support access control and badge checks, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter incidents, and deliver clear, professional customer service. Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years of security experience is required.
- Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or potential hazards.
- Control access at designated entry points by checking identification and/or visitor authorization, directing visitors and deliveries, and following badging procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and/or public responders as needed.
- Complete security-related reports and logs, document patrol observations and incident details, and communicate relevant information during shift turnover.
