You will conduct driving patrols, document observations, communicate clearly, and deliver customer service with professionalism and integrity. Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out access control and other security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and post orders for an aviation and defense location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, perimeter points, and parking or loading areas, looking for unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter unwanted acts.
- Monitor doors, gates, alarms, cameras, and other systems as assigned, documenting observations and reporting irregularities to the appropriate parties.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with emergency response activities as directed by site procedures.
- Complete required logs, incident reports, and pass-on information in a timely manner, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal management and site representatives.
