About The Position

As a Security Officer Community Patrol in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a premier commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support a welcoming environment, and help to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and professional communication. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
Monitor entry points, observe on-site activity, and document daily events, incidents, and/or policy violations in accordance with post instructions.
Support access control and visitor-related processes while helping to deter unauthorized activity and maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.
