Job Description As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in East Wenatchee, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor needs. You will document observations, communicate clearly with teams and site contacts, and respond to concerns with a customer-service mindset. This post requires a valid driver’s license in the job state and a commitment to integrity and teamwork. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the facility, including interior areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Control access points by verifying identification and/or access credentials, monitoring authorized entry and exit, and directing visitors to sign-in locations and approved routes.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or service requests in a calm, problem-solving manner; document actions taken and notify site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Complete routine reporting, including patrol logs and incident reports, and communicate relevant observations to site management and/or Allied Universal leadership.
