Job Description As a Security Officer - Financial Dispatch Desk in Phoenix, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities within a financial institution location. Your responsibilities include overseeing alarm panels, managing access control, and communicating with staff and visitors to help to deter incidents and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate dispatch systems to monitor security-related activities and communicate with on-site personnel at financial institution locations.
Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with relevant teams as needed.
Document and report all incidents, observations, and communications accurately in accordance with site-specific policies.
Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries from staff and visitors, and providing information regarding security-related procedures.
Follow established protocols for emergency response activities, escalating situations according to policy when appropriate.
Assist in maintaining access control by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials as required by site procedures.
Communicate clearly and professionally with law enforcement, emergency responders, and Allied Universal management during incidents or emergencies.
