As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support staff and visitors with professional customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting of concerns. Requirements

• Have 2+ years of security experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas such as lobbies, teller lines, ATMs, and exterior perimeters to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor traffic, assist with directions, and report suspicious behavior or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with alarm activations, disturbances, and/or medical calls as assigned.
• Complete routine documentation such as shift reports and incident reports, and communicate security-related observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
