As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that may help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet employees and visitors, communicate clearly, and document observations and/or concerns for the site team. Requirements

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff and visitors at a financial institution location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and/or customer concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to management and/or local authorities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance issues.
• Monitor access points and lobby activity, assist with visitor routing, and report unusual behavior or policy violations through the established chain of command.
• Complete patrol, incident and shift activity reports, documenting observations and actions taken according to Allied Universal and site requirements.
