As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet tenants and visitors, respond to requests, and document observations and reports with clear communication. Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years of security experience is required.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or access issues.
- Monitor access points and observe on-site activity, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations according to post orders.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance and coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
- Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate key information during shift turnovers, and support site operations as directed by Allied Universal.
