Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a financial services location, where you will greet visitors, manage access control, monitor cameras and alarm panels, and document security-related activity with clear communication. Your visible, service-focused presence helps support a welcoming environment while coordinating with site staff and responding to incidents as needed. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in the job state.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • A Guard Card and/or guard license is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients at a front desk location within a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Control access by greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests to the appropriate area while following account protocols.
  • Monitor cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems, report unusual activity, and document observations per site requirements.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and assisting with incident documentation.
  • Receive and route calls and deliveries, maintain front desk logs and reports, and communicate concerns to Allied Universal management and/or site contacts.
