You will greet associates and drivers, verify credentials, manage visitor and vehicle entry, and monitor activity through rounds and camera observation. With clear communication and strong customer service, you will help to deter incidents, document observations, and partner with the site team to keep operations moving. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Control access at entry points by verifying identification and/or credentials, managing visitor registration, and issuing temporary badges and/or passes per site policy.
• Screen and document inbound and outbound traffic, including trucks and deliveries, by checking appointments, bills of lading and/or shipping documents, and directing vehicles to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity through required communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, dock areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized access and/or theft, and complete required activity logs and reports.
