As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to needs as they arise, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and deliver customer service with professionalism. Requirements

• Have a minimum of 2 or more years of security experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting management and/or public emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of the financial services location, including public areas, customer service areas, perimeter, and parking areas as applicable.
• Monitor access points and customer-facing areas for unusual activity, help to deter policy violations, and document observations according to post orders.
• Complete required reports such as shift activity logs and incident documentation, and communicate key information during shift handoff.
