As a Screener at a fast-paced food and beverage location, you will greet guests, support entry screening and access control, and monitor assigned areas while completing routine patrols. You will remain highly visible to help reduce security-related issues, assist with questions and directions, and communicate clearly with site staff. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, vendors, and associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Screen individuals entering designated areas by confirming authorization, checking identification when required, and following entry protocols to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor cameras, alarms, and access points, documenting observations and reporting irregular activity according to post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed and completing incident reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including the sales floor, storage areas, loading areas, and perimeter, noting hazards and/or maintenance issues and relaying them to the appropriate party.
