Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain highly visible to help to reduce security-related incidents, and support access control. You will conduct routine rounds, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and document observations and/or concerns. Requirements

• Have Security Experience ‐ 6+ Months.
• Lift Up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a tech, media, and/or telecom location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or access concerns.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems when assigned, and communicate observations to the appropriate contacts per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance, gathering information, and escalating to site leadership and/or public resources as required.
• Complete detailed shift documentation including patrol logs, incident reports, and visitor and/or delivery activity, and communicate relevant updates during shift handoff.
