As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced tech and logistics location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor guidance. You will document observations, respond to concerns, and communicate clearly with site teams and guests. Requirements

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns.
• Monitor access points and shipping and/or receiving areas, checking credentials and documenting visitor, vendor, and driver activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and public responders as needed.
• Complete routine reports and logs, communicate findings during shift transitions, and help to deter unauthorized activity through high-visibility presence and professional interaction.
