As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a fast-paced food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visibly present to help reduce security-related incidents. You will greet team members and visitors, communicate clearly, and report concerns with professionalism. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to Allied Universal clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production and/or distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with initial documentation, notifications, and scene control as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility interior, exterior, and perimeter, including parking areas, loading docks, and fenced lines, noting irregular conditions and reporting them per site procedures.
• Monitor access points and vehicle traffic as assigned, including checking identification and/or verifying visitor, contractor, and delivery credentials, and directing traffic flow to designated areas.
• Complete shift activity reports and incident reports, communicate observations to site leadership, and help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and/or damage through visible presence and timely reporting.
