As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced tech location, you will conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor guidance. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and respond to concerns with a calm, service-first approach. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and perform access control tasks such as verifying identification, managing visitor entries, and documenting deliveries and service provider check-ins.
• Complete detailed reports of daily activities, patrol observations, and incident response actions, and communicate relevant information during shift turnovers.
