As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, document observations, and respond to calls for assistance with professionalism and customer service. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating to management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards.
• Monitor access points and shipping and receiving traffic by observing arriving and departing trucks, checking identification and/or credentials when directed, and documenting entries and exits per site policy.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate notable activity to the site contact and/or Allied Universal leadership, and support investigations by preserving observations and relevant details.
