You will monitor cameras and alarms, document incidents, and communicate clearly with store leadership and emergency services as needed. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to guests, associates, and vendors at a retail front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor entry points and the front desk area, greet and screen visitors as required, manage sign-in processes, and issue and/or retrieve visitor credentials per site guidelines.
- Answer and route incoming calls, provide directions and general assistance, and communicate security-related information to store leadership and Allied Universal supervision as needed.
- Observe the front-of-store environment for unusual activity and help to deter loss prevention concerns by maintaining strong presence, documenting observations, and escalating issues through the proper channels.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services, and completing required documentation.
