As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to alarms and service requests, document observations, and communicate clearly with tenants, visitors, and site teams while delivering customer-focused support. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, employees, contractors, and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and applicable emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, interior corridors, stairwells, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and perform access control tasks such as greeting visitors, checking identification where required, issuing visitor passes, and directing deliveries to designated locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and service calls in a calm, problem-solving manner; request assistance from site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
• Complete security-related documentation including patrol logs, incident reports, and daily activity reports; communicate noteworthy observations to site management and Allied Universal supervision.
