As an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter incidents. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and deliver strong customer service while supporting site procedures. Requirements

Have 1+ years of security experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial services location by following site-specific, security-related procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and reporting protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
Monitor entry and exit points, observe for irregular conditions, and document observations, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns in required reports and logs.
Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership as needed, supporting incident response, service requests, and coordination with emergency services when appropriate.
