As a Front Desk Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will greet and assist employees, guests, and vendors while helping manage access control and visitor registration. You will monitor the lobby area and security-related systems, respond to requests with clear communication, and document observations and incidents. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at the front desk by following site-specific procedures and access control protocols at a financial institution location.
  • Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and/or other security-related systems from a stationary post, documenting notable activity per post orders.
  • Process visitor management actions such as greeting, sign-in, badge issuance, and directing guests to the appropriate destination while helping to support a professional lobby environment.
  • Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications and/or emergency response steps as directed.
  • Complete reports and logs, communicate observations to supervisors and client contacts, and assist with security-related administrative tasks such as key control, package intake, and appointment verification as assigned.
