Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor access at the front desk by verifying credentials, processing visitor check-in and/or sign-in procedures, and directing guests to the appropriate contact or department.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to site leadership and Allied Universal personnel.
Answer phones, manage incoming inquiries, and support reporting of security-related concerns, unusual activity, and/or facility issues according to location policies.
Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation while helping to deter unauthorized access within a manufacturing and industrial location.
